Μια ζωντανή προσπάθεια καταγραφής της Ιστορίας του ΝΕΟΥ ΚΥΜΑΤΟΣ με τα Τραγούδια "ΤΟΥ ΝΕΟΥ ΚΥΜΑΤΟΣ", που ΕΓΡΑΨΑΝ ΤΗΝ ΙΣΤΟΡΙΑ ΤΟΥ και όχι μόνον ΝΕΟ ΚΥΜΑ-τικά τραγούδια αλλά και γενικά ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΟ ΤΡΑΓΟΥΔΙ και ορισμένα ΞΕΝΑ ΤΡΑΓΟΥΔΙΑ (εφ' όσον υπάρχει σ' αυτά και.....ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΟΣ ΔΑΚΤΥΛΟΣ!) με ΜΟΝΑΔΙΚΗ εξαίρεση τα ....γαβ γαβ τραγούδια!!! --> Επειδή υπάρχει από την Google περιορισμός, μέχρι 5,000 ετικέττες σε κάθε ΙΣΤΟΛΟΓΙΟ (blog), δημιουργούνται συνδέσεις για κάθε επιπλέον μέρος

Artemios (Demis) Ventouris Roussos (born June 15, 1946) is a Greek singer.He was born in Egypt.He came to a wider audience in 1968 when he joined progressive rock band Aphrodite's Child, initially as singer but later also playing bass guitar. In 1970 the two released Sex Power (although the album has also been disputably credited to Aphrodite's Child), also recording the 1977 album Magic together. Their most successful collaboration was Race to the End, a vocal adaptation of the musical theme from the Oscar winning film Chariots of Fire, and also sung in Spanish as "Tu Libertad", whilst Roussos also appeared as a guest on the soundtrack to Blade Runner (1982).His solo career peaked in the 1970s with several hit albums. His single, "Forever and Ever", topped the charts in several countries in 1973. Other hits were "My Friend the Wind", "My Reason", "Velvet Mornings", "Goodbye, My Love, Goodbye", "Someday" and "Lovely Lady of Arcadia".
دمیس روسس، خوانندهء محبوب دههء 70 میلادی ، یک یونانی متولد مصر بود. آهنگهای بسیاری از او در ایران رواج پیدا کرد و بسیاری از آنها تقلید شد.

Famous movies and T.V. shows partially filmed here, therefore, famous artists witness the beauty of this place, Bing Cosby, Ricardo Montalbán, Tarzan, and the Beautiful Ingrid Bergman to mention a few.

This is a longer version of the video "Lovely Lady of Arcadia" featuring the Los Angeles (Arcadia) California Arboretum and Botanical Garden.
Thankx to Huell Howser (RIP) a truly California Gold american T.V. personality, I learned more about this amazing place which is a California Historical Landmark. Nested in the middle of busy streets, the 210 freeway, Santa Anita Race Track and the mall, it's hard to believe that we can find all that beauty, peace and a lot of history. To make it short: After a long dispute, in 1839 Hugo Reid and his Tongva Tribe wife Victoria Bartolomea Comicrabit, were granted ownership of the San Gabriel Valley (47,000 acres). In 1840 Hugo built the "adobe house"..In 1875 the entrepreneur Elias J Baldwin came along and purchased the land to Hugo. Elias also know as "Lucky Baldwin" due to his luck in becoming a rich men (He ordered to sale his silver mines shares before leaving on a trip and his lawyer couldn't open the safe, the shares went way up in the meantime, becaming a millionare) Queen Anne Cottage was built by Lucky Baldwin in 1885 by the skirts of Baldwin Lake, despite of such a beautiful Cottage, Lucky Baldwin lived at the Adobe House. In 1903, Elias Baldwin became the first mayor of Arcadia, in honor of his name we have: Baldwin Park, Baldwin Hills and Baldwin Ave where the 127 acres of the Arboretum now is located (301 Baldwin Ave, Arcadia, CA). Famous artists, movies, t.v.series have had scenes filmed here: Fantasy Island, Tarzan, Anaconda, Roots, Jurassic Park..... Bob Hope, Bing Crosby, Ricardo Montalbán, Ingrid Bergman.
