El cielo
Ya no йs cielo
Ni el sol
No brilla mбs
Y la luna
En su desvelo
No tiene
A quien besar
Queda desvanecida
En nuestro corazón
La audacia
De mirar al sol
Buscando retener
Al paraiso
Perdido
Que se vivia
Una vez
Y se hunde
En el olvido
Con su blanca
Palidez

Dolor de fe
Vencida
Йs que
Su blanca
Palidez
Y en nuestra
Despedida
Otra vida
Que se fue
Йs, йs
En vano
Tanto anhelo
Que ni
El cielo
Escucharб
Y mis ojos ya
Ya, ya vacios
Van, van
Rodando
Sin cesar

Oye Dios no
Seсor, Seсor
Y Juez
Yo quiero verlo
Cerca no otra
Otra vez
Muy cerca no
Con su blanca
Palidez

Oye Dios no
Senor y Juez
Quiero verlo
Cerca no
Otra vez
Muy cerca no
Con su blanca
Palidez

LOS SPIDERS
A WHITER SHADE OF PALE
Μουσική - Στίχοι: Gary Brooker-Keith Reid-Matthew Fisher
--------------------------------------------

"UNA PÁLIDA SOMBRA"
UN COVER A VOZ DE TONY VIERLING DEL GRUPO DE "SPIDERS"

CANCION QUE PRESENTADA EN EL CONCIERTO
DE "STONE FACADE Y SPIDERS" (FACHADA DE PIEDRA Y LOS SPIDERS)
--------------------------------------------
We skipped the light fandango
Turned cartwheels 'cross the floor
I was feeling kinda seasick
But the crowd called out for more
The room was humming harder
As the ceiling flew away
When we called out for another drink
And the waiter brought a tray

And so it was that later
As the miller told his tale
That her face, at first just ghostly,
Turned a whiter shade of pale

She said, "There is no reason
And the truth is plain to see."
But I wandered through my playing cards
And they would not let her be
One of sixteen vestal virgins
Who were leaving for the coast
And although my eyes were open wide
They might have just as well been closed

And so it was that later
As the miller told his tale
That her face, at first just ghostly,
Turned a whiter shade of pale

She said, "I'm here on a shore leave,"
Though we were miles at sea.
I pointed out this detail
And forced her to agree,
Saying, "You must be the mermaid
Who took King Neptune for a ride."
And she smiled at me so sweetly
That my anger straightway died.

And so it was that later
As the miller told his tale
That her face, at first just ghostly,
Turned a whiter shade of pale

If music be the food of love
Then laughter is it's queen
And likewise if behind is in front
Then dirt in truth is clean
My mouth by then like cardboard
Seemed to slip straight through my head
So we crash-dived straightway quickly
And attacked the ocean bed

And so it was that later
As the miller told his tale
That her face, at first just ghostly,
Turned a whiter shade of pale

Cameriere lascia stare
Camminare io so
L'aria fredda sai mi sveglier?
Oppure dormir?

Guardo lass?
La notte
Quanto spazio intorno a me
Sono solo nella strada
O no no qualcuno c'? (insieme a te)

Non dire una parola
Ti dar? Quello che vuoi
Tu non le somigli molto
Non sei come lei
Per? Prendi la mia mano
E cammina insieme a me il
Tuo viso adesso? Bello
Tu sei bella come lei

Guardo lass? ...

"A Whiter Shade of Pale" is the debut song by the British band Procol Harum, released in 1967. The single reached number one in the UK Singles Chart. Without much promotion, it reached #5 on the US charts, as well. It is one of the fewer than 30 all-time singles to have sold 10 million (or more) copies worldwide.

With its haunting Bach-flavoured instrumental melody, soulful vocals, and unusual lyrics—by the song's co-authors Gary Brooker, Keith Reid, and Matthew Fisher-- "A Whiter Shade of Pale" reached #1 in several countries when released in 1967. In the years since, it has become an enduring classic.

From Record #6 of the Reader's Digest 10-LP album, "Up, Up & Away", circa late 1960s/early 1970s.

With "A Whiter Shade Of Pale", a song based on the Bach cantata "Sleepers Wake", Britain's Procul Harum moved onto the international stage.
Their recording of the song was the fastest-selling single in the history of its British recording company.

This orchestral arrangement by Perry Botkin Jr. has brass and organ prominently spotted.

A Whiter Shade Of Pale (Gary Brooker / Keith Reid, Arr.: Marcel Saurer)
Philharmonic Wind Orchestra, conducted by Marc Reift
This work is published by Editions Marc Reift

Marc Reift was born in Fleurier (Switzerland) on 14th August 1955, both parents being ministers in the Salvation Army. He was surrounded by music from earliest childhood. Even as a toddler, he regularly listened to Chopin, Verdi and Beethoven, and as a teenager he tried his hand at the piano, the guitar, the organ, the accordion, drums and the trombone.
He started studying at Bern Conservatoire at the age of 18, where he obtained a trombone teaching diploma and a soloist's diploma (Prof. Branimir Slokar). He later obtained a concert diploma in Cologne. In 1977 he received the Habitzel prize, and in 1996 the Suisa Foundation Prize. He was also a prize-winner at the international competitions in Vercelli and Geneva.
He became a member of the Biel Symphony Orchestra at the age of 20, before moving to the Bern Symphony Orchestra and finally becoming first trombone in the Tonhalle and Opera Orchestra in Zurich, where he remained for more than 15 years, playing under many of the most illustrious conductors of the time. During this period he taught many trombone pupils and wrote several tutors. He toured more than 30 different countries with various ensembles, such as pop groups, big bands and particularly the Slokar Trombone Quartet.
In 1983 he founded his own publishing company which now has more than 20'000 titles in its catalogue, as well as the CD production company Marcophon.
He has conducted and recorded more than 3000 pieces with the London Wind Orchestra, the Philharmonic Wind Orchestra, The Williams Fairey Brass Band, the Prague Festival Strings, the Prague Pops Orchestra, the Prague Festival Orchestra as well as with his own orchestra, the Marc Reift Orchestra.
Marc's motto is: "Enjoy yourself, and you will make other people enjoy themselves too".

Founded in 1998, the Philharmonic Wind Orchestra has proved in the last few years to be one of the most prestigious wind ensembles in the world. It is composed of principal players of the Prague Philharmonic. It has been conducted since the beginning by Marc Reift, and has already recorded many CDs. Libor Mathauser (musical advisor), Karel Fisl (recording engineer), Ondrej Urban, Marc Champod (edit & mastering) and Milan Rericha (manager) have all contributed to this success. The aim of the PWO is to foster wind band music, and to share this enthusiasm with its audience.

άλμπουμ - "Hard Road To Travel", (1970)
--------------------------------------------
We skipped the light fandango
Turned cartwheels 'cross the floor
I was feeling kinda seasick
But the crowd called out for more
The room was humming harder
As the ceiling flew away
When we called out for another drink
And the waiter brought a tray

And so it was that later
As the miller told his tale
That her face, at first just ghostly,
Turned a whiter shade of pale

She said, "There is no reason
And the truth is plain to see."
But I wandered through my playing cards
And they would not let her be
One of sixteen vestal virgins
Who were leaving for the coast
And although my eyes were open wide
They might have just as well been closed

And so it was that later
As the miller told his tale
That her face, at first just ghostly,
Turned a whiter shade of pale

She said, "I'm here on a shore leave,"
Though we were miles at sea.
I pointed out this detail
And forced her to agree,
Saying, "You must be the mermaid
Who took King Neptune for a ride."
And she smiled at me so sweetly
That my anger straightway died.

And so it was that later
As the miller told his tale
That her face, at first just ghostly,
Turned a whiter shade of pale

If music be the food of love
Then laughter is it's queen
And likewise if behind is in front
Then dirt in truth is clean
My mouth by then like cardboard
Seemed to slip straight through my head
So we crash-dived straightway quickly
And attacked the ocean bed

And so it was that later
As the miller told his tale
That her face, at first just ghostly,
Turned a whiter shade of pale
